As a second generation auctioneer, Will grew up around his father's chant and learned early the value of public auctions. Will served as the Owner and President of Farmer Auctions in Salem Virginia from 2013 to 2016. He is currently licensed in Virginia (VA#3041) and has raised over $500,000 for community non-profits including The Spot on Kirk,  Global Camps Africa, American Heart Association, New Vision, Children’s Miracle Network, American Ad Federation, and Arts Council of Blue Ridge.
